Your objection stays yours.

What we save
We store your conversations, extracted text from your uploads, generated drafts and reports so you can reopen your work. Your account stores your name, email and a protected password record. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Guest conversations use a browser cookie; sign in to save them across devices.
Unsent messages are kept in this tab’s session storage, scoped to your account or guest session. Signing out clears them in the active tab. Attachments that have not been sent may need to be attached again after a refresh.
How information is processed
Cloudflare hosts this site and its conversation and document storage. Convex provides account authentication. The AI provider configured for an answer receives your message, relevant conversation history, selected document text and sources needed to generate it. Providers used by the service include Cloudflare Workers AI, OpenAI and Anthropic. Archil supports project document processing when connected. These services may process data outside Australia.
Public NSW project documents and prepared project research can be reused for other users researching the same SSD. Your private conversation and uploaded text are not published in the public project library.
Accounts and purchases
Signing in saves this browser’s guest chats and purchases to your account. A purchase recovery key grants access to the purchased conversation: keep it private. Stripe handles card details when checkout is available; we store purchase references and payment status, not your full card number.
You control submission
We do not lodge your objection automatically. Review your facts, sources and personal details before copying or downloading. The NSW Planning Portal has its own rules about submissions and publication.
Access, deletion and help
Use your account to rename or archive work. Archiving hides a conversation from the active list; it does not delete the stored information. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about a provider used for your work. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for payments or resolving a dispute.
