What’s in the research report?
A structured submission setting out supported grounds for refusal or substantive change, with source quotations and clickable PDF page references. The preview shows the retained grounds and document coverage before checkout. A broad review can take several hours and continues if you leave the page. Unresolved checks and material that still needs review are identified on the website. Word exports contain your editable chat draft; the research submission is supplied as a PDF.
How personalised is it?
Your concerns appear in the report. For projects with prepared research, the grounds use that shared project research; it does not independently assess your private documents or personal impacts. Read the report’s scope statement, check which grounds apply to you, and use the chat to develop your own draft.
What does “five versions” mean?
Your first preview plus up to four updates for the same project. Failed preparations do not use a version. You can keep editing your Word draft and downloading completed versions. Your purchase and five-version allowance are shared across chats for this SSD in your account, or in the same browser if you stay a guest. Other projects need their own pack. It does not renew.
Is this legal advice or a lodgement service?
It is AI research and drafting support. It does not certify legal compliance, guarantee a planning outcome or submit anything for you. Review all facts, sources and relevant rules, check the official closing date, and lodge through the NSW Planning Portal yourself. A paid pack does not extend an exhibition deadline.
Price, payment and refunds
A$29 is the total checkout price, including any applicable tax. Card payments are handled by Stripe. If you cannot access your paid files or the pack is not useful to you, contact us within seven days for a refund. This offer does not limit any rights you have under Australian consumer law.
Where are my conversations and payments stored?
Conversations, uploaded text and generated reports are stored privately by ObjectionEngine. Project documents may be shared across research for the same public SSD. Our hosting and AI providers process the information needed to prepare your answers and reports. Read about your data and privacy. Stripe handles payments when checkout is available. We do not receive your full card number. Sign in to save your conversations and purchases to an account and reopen them on another device. Guests can use a private purchase recovery key to restore a purchased conversation. Contact us to request help or deletion. Payment records may need to be retained.
Already bought a pack?
Signed in when you purchased? Open your account to find your pack. If you purchased as a guest, use the private recovery key you saved before checkout. This restores access to the purchased conversation, including its messages and files. Keep the key private.
